Criminal Justice Club

Established in 2017, the Klein High School Criminal Justice Club is a student organization at Klein High School dedicated to developing the knowledge of students in the field of Criminal Justice. Members learn about forensics, law enforcement, and public safety through practical training's, competitions, and guest speakers.

About Us

What do we do?

The Klein High School Criminal Justice Club is an extracurricular club dedicated to educating future law enforcement, corrections, security, and forensic students. We learn about the different elements of public safety and go to competitions around the state.

Competition

The Criminal Justice Club competes in a wide range of events. In years pasts we have had crime scene investigation teams, swat teams, and many more teams. There are over 30 events that members can compete in within the Texas Public Service Association (who we compete with). Visit tpsa.info to learn more about competitive events.

Meetings

At Criminal Justice Club meetings members get the chance to learn through practical training's, guest speakers, and exciting events. The Criminal Justice Club also has social events and volunteer opportunities.

On Tuesday, September 10th Klein High School held its annual Community Night. The Criminal Justice club had such a great turn out.

On August 28th, 2019 the Klein High Criminal Justice Club had its first meeting of the year, the informational meeting. We had 26 students show up, showing their interests in the club, a great turn out over all.

Membership

Wondering how to join?

To join the Criminal Justice Club all you have to do is apply online and pay our dues/purchase your uniform.

Dues

The Criminal Justice Club has one $50 low fee due at the beginning of year to gain membership. This covers the cost of registration and maintenance of the club. These due can be paid online on School Cash Online (where you paid for your tablet fee) or in the finance office.

Uniform

The Criminal Justice Club Uniform is required for all members, however, it only needs to be purchased once if it continues to fit. For example if your pants no longer fit, you would only need to purchase new pants. These uniform dues can be paid online on School Cash Online (where you paid for your tablet fee) or in the finance office. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to treasurer@khscjc.org.

- Gear Bag (Any kind of duffel bag to hold gear)

Optional Items

The Criminal Justice Club will have an optional t-shirt for sale for $20 that has our mascot, Justice Kat on it!

Competition

The Criminal Justice Club Uniform does go to competition and there are fees. This covers the cost of registration and hotel housing. These competition fees can be paid online on School Cash Online (where you paid for your tablet fee) or in the finance office, when available.
